Description

This machine is used to recycle the food waste & convert into compost. Food wastes will put from top through a crusher along with this some chemical will add inside the mixer. The mixer will mixes crushed food waste with chemical at specified temperature for several time. An induction motor is used to drive the mixer. It will rotate clock wise for some time & stops for some time. Again it will runs in anticlockwise direction for some time. PL100 & HMI will control the process. Heater is controlled by reading analog value from sensor using PT100 to 4-20mA transducer for maintaining the temperature (150⁰ to 250⁰C).
