Description

This machine is used for manufacturing plywood by pressing wood raw materials with gum at high pressure. For that the press will apply pressure of about 250bar for certain minutes or hours. After the time delay the press will release. It consists of one hydraulic press, hydraulic pump, oil tank, heater & control panel (includes PLC, HMI, contactors etc..). Heater is meant to maintain the temperature of the oil between 40 -120 ⁰C. Pump will maintain pressure between 200 – 250bars. Entire process is controlled by PLC & HMI.
