INSYS Electrical & Controls Pvt Ltd began in 2016 in Peenya with two engineers, a drafting table and a sourcing list. Ten years on we are still a small team — by choice — building one panel at a time, with our names on it.
Too many automation projects in India still arrive as a stack of imported boxes and a phone number that doesn't pick up. We started INSYS to do the opposite — to be the single contact that picks the parts, writes the logic, wires the panel, and stays on site until the line runs.
Founder Sridhar Nalluri has spent fifteen years in panel shops across South India. The company is built around that experience: lean, hands-on, calibrated against shop-floor reality — not against a catalogue.
I never wanted to sell boxes. I wanted one shop where the people who quote the job also wire it, write the logic, and stay on the floor until the line runs a clean shift.
Every project we take on is filtered through these. They are why clients come back for the second, the third and the fifth line.
The panel, the parts, the programming, the commissioning — all under one bill, one engineer, one signature. No daisy-chained vendors.
↳ Single point of contactWe don't have a brand we're trying to clear off a shelf. The BOM you receive is the right answer for your IP rating, cycle time and budget.
↳ Vendor-neutral within partnersEvery panel is wired, simulated against your IO list and signed off in our shop. You receive video of the test before the truck loads.
↳ FAT before SATCommissioning isn't a half-day visit. Our engineers stay until the line completes a full shift without incident. After that — same-day callback, always.
↳ Post-go-live supportA 4,200 sq.ft workshop on SRS Road, Peenya 3rd Stage. Stocked, kitted, equipped to run a control panel from sheet metal to live cabinet.
The shop is structured the way a control panel is built — sequentially. Sheet-metal cabinets are kitted from inventory, wired by hand against a tested schematic, programmed and burned-in, then certified before shipping.
Most panels leave the shop in three to five weeks. Larger MCC and PLC enclosures take six to ten. We keep ~₹40L of fast-moving stock on the floor — terminal blocks, breakers, contactors, Festo cylinders, common Schmersal safety — so a typical retrofit doesn't wait on a German freight container.
The team, the showroom and the demo bench — Peenya, Bengaluru.

A privately held company led by our founder, Sridhar Nalluri. Everyone you meet at the sales call is on the project — and everyone signing off the panel is in the building.
Each step was a deliberate one. We've never raised outside capital, never hired a sales force, never put a quota on a project.
